ABOUT

演出家の危口統之（1975年生〜2017年没）が、2008年に結成。演劇的な舞台作品と、あるルールに則った即興要素のあるパフォーマンスなど、様々な作品の上演を重ねる。
舞台作品としては、危口自身とその実父が出演する『わが父、ジャコメッティ』（2014年、2016年）が、海外を含む6都市で上演され、パフォーマンス作品としては『搬入プロジェクト』が初演以来、国内外でも評価を受け、2016年までに8カ国20箇所での公演を重ねてきた。
危口統之没後の現在は、建築家の石川卓磨や、デザイナーの宮村ヤスヲ、企画・プロデュースの金森香らを中心に、危口統之の作品アーカイビング活動や、演出家の意志を継ぐ形で2018年に「搬入プロジェクト」のオープン化を宣言した。

Founded by the director, Noriyuki Kiguchi (1975-2017) in 2008. The company had presented various works such as the theatrical stage pieces, and also the performance works with improvised elements derived by the certain rules.
As the theatrical pieces, “Mon Père, Giacometti” (2014, 2016), in which Noriyuki Kiguchi himself and his real father appear, is performed in six cities, including overseas.
And as the performance work, “Carry-in-Project” has been premiered and has performed in 20 locations in eight countries with acclaim both at home and abroad, by 2016.
Today, after Noriyuki Kiguchi’s death, architect Takuma Ishikawa, designer Yasuwo Miyamura, producer Kao Kanamori and the supporters inherits the archiving project of director Noriyuki Kiguchi, and after director’s will, the company declared “Carry-in-Project” as cc0 (public domain) in 2018.

悪魔のしるし主宰・演出家。1975年岡山県生まれ。2008年、「悪魔のしるし」を組織し、『搬入プロジェクト』『わが父、ジャコメッティ』など、国内外で演劇・パフォーマンスを企画上演する。2012‐2013年度セゾン文化財団ジュニアフェロー、2014‐2016年度同財団シニアフェロー。2016年11月、肺腺癌と診断されるも、ブログ「疒日記」で自身の闘病記録を綴り、新作『蟹と歩く』の企画を立案。2017年3月17日、倉敷の実家にて永逝。

Noriyuki Kiguchi, the founder and the artistic director of Akumanoshirushi,was born in Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture, Japan in 1975. In 2008, he founded “Akumanoshirushi” , and started to produce theater and performance pieces where the performers appeared on stage were not necessarily trained actors.“Mon Père, Giacometti,”in which he appeared with his parents, has toured six cities, both in Japan and abroad. “Carry-in Project” has toured 20 cities in eight countries since the first premiere in 2008. In November 2016, he was diagnosed with lung cancer.He died at his birthplace in Kurashiki on 17th Mar 2017, aged 42.
